“I’ll be fine.”

It’s the mantra of every young professional juggling deadlines, relationships, side hustles, and the constant hum of “doing it all.” You’ve got a job to excel at, friends to keep up with, and maybe a gym membership you use… occasionally.

But when was the last time you asked yourself, “Am I really okay?”

  • Shame. “Why can’t I handle this on my own?”
  • Uncertainty. “What if therapy doesn’t work for me?”

These thoughts are valid. And yet, they’re the roadblocks between you and a life where stress doesn’t control you.
